He has given us several tips and techniques to use for potty training our mini bernedoodle, Dakota. He has helped us train Dakota to come to us when we call in the midst of multiple distractions. He has helped us teach Dakota multiple tricks and how to walk properly on a leash without walking in front of us. He has assisted in teaching Dakota not to jump up on strangers and proper etiquette when we are out in public. We brought Dakota home when he was 9 weeks old, and the puppy phase can be very stressful. Don helped make our transition with a new puppy smooth and less chaotic. I purchased the Perfect Pup Premium Plan, and it was worth every penny. Don started working with our Bernedoodle, Loki, when he was just 3 months old—and from day one, he was not only training Loki, but training me too! I had zero experience, so Don had to teach us EVERYTHING! Don’s calm, knowledgeable, and patient approach made all the difference in building my confidence as a dog owner. We have two dogs who are both very aggressive towards other dogs and act like complete idiots when we see other dogs. We were tired of looking like the fools when we were out on walks so we contacted Perfect Pet for some training. Don has been great! He’s been here two times now and is very patient with them and us. He’s already helped us make quite a bit of progress in getting our dogs to not react to other dogs. He’s brought his dog out and has done training with walking his dog back and forth and up to our door while we used the skills he’s taught us to help our dogs not react.
